Crop Sales Representative and E-commerce Product Specialist

Your Responsibilities

As a Crop Sales Representative and E-commerce Product Specialist, you will play an important role within our sales organization. Your main task is to drive sales volume and contribute to the conversion to our digital sales channel. You will work on developing and maintaining existing customer contacts, as well as targeting the market. You will sell our products and services profitably and identify the needs of customers/farmers to generate increased sales.

You will be part of a team where we actively work with action plans, goals, and regular follow-ups. You will initiate and drive collaboration forward between our different business areas and work closely with product managers and the sales organization to find clear synergies between our sales channels. Furthermore, you will have a key role in developing e-commerce together with the team.

Your Customer Base

The customer base you will work with is in the West, and the location for the position is flexible based on one of the following locations - Vara, Lidköping, or Karlstad. You will report to the Regional Manager West.

  • Some form of post-secondary agricultural education or knowledge through experience in the field
  • Knowledge that gives you the prerequisites to sell products that farmers need for their operations
